Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent assessment skills.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer, prepare, and document prescribed medications accurately and timely.
  
  
• 
  Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs following established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Adjust and monitor specialized medical equipment and interpret related measurements.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patients' vital signs regularly and report adverse reactions or changes in condition.
  
  
• 
  Record patient data meticulously and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Oklahoma State License or valid compact license as a Registered Nurse.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Current BLS certification from AHA.
  
  
• 
  Recent traveler experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated proficiency in medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
