On-Call Shelter Advocate — Crisis Support & Safety

Simpson Housing Services is seeking a direct service team member to work in our 24-hour shelter, serving 72 adults nightly. You will help provide advocacy, ensure safety, meet essential needs, and maintain a clean, respectful environment. This role requires open availability to pick up shifts due to staff illness or absence. Responsibilities include welcoming volunteers, assisting guests, communicating shelter rules, supporting crisis de-escalation, coordinating basic tasks, and representing the #J-18808-Ljbffr Simpson Housing Services
