  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, challenges, and objectives.

  • Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions addressing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, clearly defining goals and interventions that resonate with their personal histories and aspirations.

  • Provide crisis intervention support, responding effectively to clients in acute distress, and connecting them with necessary resources.

  • Educate clients on mental health issues, coping mechanisms, and community resources, enhancing their understanding and engagement in their treatment.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome assessments, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

  • Uphold ethical guidelines and legal responsibilities in therapy practices, including maintaining client confidentiality and obtaining informed consent.

  • Exhibit cultural competence when working with a diverse clientele, effectively tailoring approaches to accommodate various backgrounds and experiences.

  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to promote holistic client care.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, paired with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and a potential sign-on bonus.
