Employment is on an evening shift. Responsibilities Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. Manage documentation of resident care services. Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams. Qualifications Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 3 years of Long‑Term Care experience required. Strong and positive team leadership skills. Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs. Excellent communication skills.
