AI Operations Coordinator

The Premier Companies  •  Williamsburg, VA (On-site)  •  Full-Time

Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and already using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to work faster and better? The Premier Companies is hiring an AI Operations Coordinator to turn ideas, processes, and projects into polished, finished work. You'll partner directly with leadership and every department to improve how the business communicates, organizes, and executes.

This is not a coding or software development role — it's about thinking clearly, managing projects, organizing information, and using AI to accelerate real work.

PAY & SCHEDULE

Pay:  $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:  Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Reports to:  COO & Corporate Operations Manager

Location:  On-site at HQ, Williamsburg, VA

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•      Partner with the COO and Corporate Operations Manager on strategic projects and company initiatives.

•      Turn rough ideas, conversations, and outlines into organized, polished deliverables.

•      Build presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

•      Analyze store metrics, KPIs, and business performance data.

•      Track and maintain client KPIs and present them on weekly calls.

•      Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to draft, refine, and speed up work across departments

•      Spot inefficiencies and build reusable templates, systems, and workflows.

•      Manage timelines, revisions, and follow-through across multiple priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

•      Strong organization and project-coordination skills.

•      Excellent written and verbal communication.

•      Hands-on comfort using AI tools for practical, everyday work.

•      Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and quality control.

•      Able to juggle multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities.

•      Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
