Data Migration Analyst

• We are looking for a data migration analyst to support an ongoing compliance system migration. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working directly alongside our internal team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working through large datasets and repetitive validation tasks while maintaining high accuracy. Experience working in fast-paced, project-based environments preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or technology implementation role
• Advanced Excel proficiency required (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data validation, reconciliation across large datasets)
• Strong attention to detail - this is required given the nature of the work
• Comfortable working with structured data (Excel, CSV, data mapping)
• Clear communicator; able to work independently and flag issues proactively
• Basic SQL skills


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with system upgrades or enhancements in compliance or legal operations
- Relevant industry experience
