About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Intensive Care Unit – Utah

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Ogden, Utah

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend required. Shift options available for day shift (1 Charge Nurse, 4 RNs) and night shift (1 Charge Nurse, 4 RNs). Patient ratio generally 2:1.

Highlights:

• 14-bed ICU with a dedicated team of 26 clinical staff members
• Advanced critical care environment with comprehensive equipment including ventilators, infusion pumps, Swan-Ganz catheters, CRRT, chest tubes, and occasionally balloon pumps and Impellas
• Full scope of critical care procedures including hemodynamics monitoring, ventilator management, CRRT, ICP/EVD management, proning, thoracentesis, and central line placement/insertion
• EMR system: Meditech
• Opportunity for floating to IMC/PCU units for professional development
• Collaborative team environment seeking positive, motivated professionals

Requirements:

• Current RN License (Utah or compact state)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Previous ICU experience required
• Demonstrated competency in hemodynamics, CRRT, ICP monitoring, EVD management, ventilator management and monitoring, proning, thoracentesis, tracheostomy care, and Train of 4 monitoring
• Experience with Nitric Oxide administration, Meditech charting system, Swan-Ganz catheter management, pacemakers, hemodialysis, central line setup and insertion, TPN/PPN administration, and chest tube management
• Strong pressure drip knowledge
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
