We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Field Service Technician who thrives on travel, problem-solving, and delivers outstanding customer experiences.

As a Field Service Technician, you'll represent the Panoramic Doors brand on customer job sites, providing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and technical support for our premium door and window systems.

Job Duties

• Travel throughout the United States (approximately 75%) to service Panoramic Doors products at residential project sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, adjustments, repairs, and replacement services on door and window systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and identify effective solutions while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, architects, and dealers.
• Complete service reports, documentation, and field updates accurately and promptly.
• Safely operate company vehicles, power tools, hand tools, and field technology systems.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to share knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and improve service delivery.
• Represent the Panoramic Doors brand with professionalism and integrity at every customer interaction.
• Support installation teams and assist with additional service-related tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand, kneel, bend, and work on job sites for extended periods.
• Experience in field service, construction, installation, maintenance, carpentry, glazing, doors/windows, or a related trade.
• Experience reading technical documents, installation instructions, or plans.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems.
• Experience working directly with customers, contractors, or building professionals.
