Gastroenterologist - Community Practice Mass General Brigham- Northampton, MA.

Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a busy, well-established community gastroenterology practice serving the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts. The position offers an annual total compensation range of $450,000 to $700,000, which will be determined during the selection process. Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care in a thriving community setting.
• Perform a wide range of procedures, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and in-office hemorrhoid banding.
• ERCP experience is welcome but not required.
• Participate in a manageable and equitable shared call schedule.
• Work closely with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist.
• Experience in a community-based high-volume practice preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in endoscopic procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Practice equipped with four procedure rooms, twelve recovery bays, and modern technology.

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, regular shift, day.
