Division 5 Miscellaneous Metals Construction Estimator & Business Development Full-time Job Summary: Estimate, bid, and win Division 5 miscellaneous metals and structural steel projects while building strong relationships with contractors, developers, and commercial customers in Southern California. Key Responsibilities: Estimate and bid miscellaneous metals and structural steel projects Review plans, specifications, and construction documents Perform takeoffs and prepare competitive bids Develop relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and developers Generate new business and grow existing accounts Negotiate pricing and close projects Work with Engineering and Production to ensure successful project execution Visit customers and jobsites throughout Southern California Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of estimating and selling Division 5 miscellaneous metals or structural steel Proven track record of winning projects Strong knowledge of construction drawings, takeoffs, and fabrication Existing Southern California contractor relationships preferred Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable developing a book of business All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
