Employment Type: Full Time

Shift: Days

Hours Per Week: 32 hour/week

Hiring Range: $17.00/hr. - $22.74/hr.

Below are the shift differentials based on eligible shifts worked:

• Weekday evening shift - additional 10%
• Weekday night shift - additional 15%
• Weekend day shift - additional 10%
• Weekend evening & night shifts - additional 21%

The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts assessment of activity needs to meet individual treatment goals and objectives.
• Facilitates and participates in activity-related projects and events.
• Keeps treatment area clean, safe, and organized.
• Performs clerical tasks as assigned.

Complexity of Work:

• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment. Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

• High school diploma or GED or three (3) years of relevant experience required.
