Job Description Job Description Our organization is a Private Practice that presents a unique opportunity for a partnership track. We maintain our independence and have the flexibility to manage our own schedules. Our practice encompasses an equal division of obstetrics and gynecological care, allowing for a personalized approach to healthcare where you can truly connect with the patients you serve. What We Provide: Four weeks of vacation, plus an additional two days off each month. A call schedule of 1:4, with the convenience of being on call from home. On our busiest call days, we typically manage four patients in Labor & Delivery. Emergency room calls are exclusively for our patients. A work week consisting of 4 to 4.5 days. Practice at a single hospital, located just two miles from our office, with no office hours required on hospital call days.
