Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Performance‑based bonuses available to Property Managers. Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outdoors. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Perform daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business. Help keep customers current with payments by making reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal clean and free of debris. Qualifications Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between work locations; mileage reimbursement is available.
