Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities Use end‑to‑end systems thinking to design, document and implement solutions that meet strategic and operational goals. Partner with end users to author business requirements and communicate them to IT. Coordinate and lead functional and user acceptance testing while capturing sign‑off. Facilitate tool adoption by leading education sessions and training for end users. Provide in‑depth, domain‑specific analysis of technical problems or issues, research and recommend alternative actions for resolution. Support end users with production issues and enable self‑sufficiency in the application. Collaborate with IT to perform system integrations and provide ongoing business support. May telecommute part‑time. Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role or a related occupation. Proficiency with programming languages: SQL, R, and Python. Data analysis and visualization skills using Power BI and Tableau. Experience with cloud platforms: Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and AWS. Knowledge of ETL processes and databases: Oracle, SQL Server, and Snowflake. Analytical skills including regression, time‑series, clustering, decision trees, classification, and logistic regression. Familiarity with agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban. Experience with Alteryx, ServiceNow, and MS Visio.
