Part Time Retail Senior Client Advisor

Summary The Senior Client Advisor is a part-time retail sales role focused on achieving sales targets and developing client relationships. This role sets the example for exceptional customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards, and may oversee store operations in the absence of Store Management. Responsibilities Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators. Develop and maintain client relationships and manage client communications. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain selling floor and visual merchandising standards. Support operational tasks including opening and closing procedures, inventory, and special events. Oversee store and staff when serving as the most senior presence in the store. Requirements High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Prior retail experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales; cultivated clientele preferred. Availability for variable scheduling including weekends and a seven-day operation.
