Diagnostic Technician

Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 50 lbs. Sitting/standing for extended periods of time as well as extended periods of repetitive motion and general laboratory duties required as part of this position. The duties for this position in the Molecular Section of the UKVDL include process specimens; run diagnostic assays; evaluate results; keep proper records and report results; database management ; bioinformatics; and assist in the training of other employees as needed.
