SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL ANALYST

Job Duties
The duties, described below, represent the major duties performed at the GS-12 level. The duties performed for developmental positions will be of limited scope and complexity to develop skills, proficiency, and work experience.
Evaluate the work of subordinates, develop performance standards, and provide advice and instruction to employees on work and administrative matters of work-related assignments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to gather information, complete tasks, and respond to service members promptly.
Lead and facilitate process improvement projects to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve the quality of work products. This includes identifying areas for improvement, developing implementation plans, and monitoring results.
Plan and assign work to be accomplished based on priorities, consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and employees' capabilities, including setting/adjusting short-term priorities and schedules for completion of work.
Identify training and developmental needs of employees, provide or arrange for needed development and training.
