Pay: $2,938.32 weekly


Shifts: 12H rotating shift, days/nights, every other weekend required

This role involves caring for adult neuroscience patients, including those requiring epilepsy monitoring, and offers a unique opportunity to work within an advanced medical environment. This travel contract necessitates versatile nursing skills in neurological care on a 21-bed unit.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Neuro Registered Nurse

• Deliver specialized care for neuroscience patients, particularly in stroke, seizure, and traumatic brain injury management
• Monitor patients in the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) embedded within the floor
• Manage post-operative care for patients recovering from neurosurgical procedures
• Adapt quickly to the dynamic needs of patients in a Level 1 trauma facility

Requirements of the Travel Neuro Registered Nurse

• MA Registered Nurse license
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant clinical setting
• Level 1 trauma experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
