Bill of Materials Specialist Elkhart IN

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their costing department within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This full-time opening will work closely with leadership and accounting teams to support costing functions production data and Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys analytical work manufacturing operations and working behind the scenes to help keep production and costing processes running accurately and efficiently. Previous RV or manufacturing industry experience is highly valued due to the complexity and pace of the environment.

Job Duties:
Reviewing and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and costing purposes
Assisting with manufacturing costing reporting and production-related analysis
Working with Excel spreadsheets reports and production data tracking
Supporting accounting and reconciliation functions tied to manufacturing operations
Collaborating with operations purchasing and production teams to ensure accurate information flow
Utilizing ERP systems and internal software to maintain and update records
Assisting with process improvements and maintaining organized documentation

Requirements:
Previous Bill of Materials (BOM) experience required
Manufacturing or RV industry background strongly preferred
Strong Excel skills including formulas lookups and reporting
Experience with ERP systems such as D365 SAP or similar software is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
