Summary:

• Printing, picking, and packaging customer, tech, and freight order requests in the appropriately sized boxes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily order picking to meet customer demand and maintain 100% order fulfillment.
• Material handling, including- unloading inbound freight, loading outbound freight and parcel, sorting, and storing.
• Fulfill all outbound shipping orders to Vivint customers, technicians, and offices.
• Fill internal requisitions or requests for inventory, supplies, or other stock items.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Identify damaged inventory stored in the warehouse.
• Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
• Lift up to 50lbs and stand for at least 8 hours.
• Adherence to lean and 5S principles.
• Some mandatory overtime may be required.

Required Skills:

• Be efficient with his/her time and proactively helping others.
• Must have PC computer skills, with intermediate level expertise in Microsoft Office package.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift as needed.
• Have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and independent projects simultaneously in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization across all the responsibilities and work areas of the position.

Required Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
