We are seeking a highly skilled, charismatic, and hospitality-driven Server to join our team. At Devil May Care, you will help create a collaborative workplace where team members support one another and take genuine ownership in delivering a meaningful, high-standard guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Guest Service & Experience Consistently deliver an approachable, refined hospitality experience. Maintain attentiveness to guests and team members throughout the shift. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus; accurately answer questions and recommend cocktails or alternatives. Take food and beverage orders accurately, paying close attention to special requests and dietary restrictions. Oversee all aspects of table service, including tableside service, serving food, wine, and cocktails. Input all orders into the POS system accurately and efficiently. Operations & Teamwork Demonstrate a complete understanding of our core steps of service. Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain dining room standards. Perform opening and closing side work consistently. Monitor, restock, and replenish service item par levels, inventory, and supplies. Maintain work area compliance with all local health codes at all times. Engage in active listening and clear communication with guests and teammates. Adapt to adjustments on the fly and collaborate to clear service bottlenecks ("the weeds"). Requirements Experience: 1+ years of serving experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant preferred. Certifications: Valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification required prior to start date. Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing personality, polished and professional demeanor, dynamic, and hospitality-driven attitude. Work Style: Highly organized, strong multitasking abilities, comfortable receiving and delivering constructive feedback. Language: Excellent communication skills; must read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Environment: Fast-paced, high-volume indoor and outdoor service areas subject to bright lights, high noise levels, and seasonal weather variations. Stress Resilience: Observant and quick to respond under high-pressure or stressful situations. Work in loud, dimly lit and crowded conditions with sustained high noise levels. Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to heat, cold, and wet surfaces; some work areas are narrow, with roughly three feet of access.
