We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Call Center Supervisor to oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and our team. Responsibilities Coordinate designers’ appointment calendars and schedule follow-ups in our CRM. Coordinate administrative functions and support sales, production, and installation teams. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment. Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, solution-oriented responses. Assist with paperwork, data entry, and maintaining office records. Train and supervise call center staff as needed. Requirements We are looking for candidates with strong organizational skills. Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor. Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Office software. Skilled in coaching front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Supervisory experience. Minimum of 1 - 2 years.
