License: Must be in hand prior to start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted.

Certifications: BLS required

Must-Have: Candidate must work 2 out of 3 major holidays.

Description: The facility is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. A crew will be scheduled for the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. However, there is some flexibility in the schedule, which can be discussed during the interview. Types of cases required include orthopedic, neurological, gait/balance, pain management, work-related injuries, surgical (pre and post-operative), and soft tissue mobilization. Preferred experience includes therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities, gait training, neuro-re-education, and manual therapy techniques. Daily patient ratios are anticipated to be manageable. Travelers are encouraged to float within the facility or to affiliated locations as needed. Interdisciplinary support is available for cases. The candidate should have competency in adaptive devices, assessments, and therapeutic interventions. Experience with a variety of patient populations, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, is essential. Soft tissue mobilization and therapeutic techniques are key aspects of the role. Traveling candidates will be subject to location policies regarding eligibility and experience. All travelers must adhere to facility guidelines, including working major holidays.
