This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30AM- 3:00PMPay And BenefitsStarting Pay: ($21.00) per hourHourly or Incentive BonusPowered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided)Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days)401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company matchPaid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays, Parental Leave, and WellnessProduct Discounts, and moreQualificationsAbility to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demandsPrior warehouse, distribution, shipping, picking, or receiving experience preferredExperience operating powered industrial equipment(stand?up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferredAbility to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systemsRegular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirementsResponsibilitiesSafely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety proceduresAccurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locationsPerform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systemsBuild, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrityMaintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areasCommunicate effectively with team members and support a team?oriented work environmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping effortsAdhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall?protection equipment when requiredParticipate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to managementComply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsPerform other duties as assigned to support operational needsEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre?employment drug screening and background check.At Ferguson, we care for each other.
