Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dietary Cook to join our team at Gallaway Health and Rehab. As a Dietary Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents, while ensuring adherance to food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for residents and patients in accordance with dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Order and inventory ingredients and supplies, while minimizing waste and optimizing resources
• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop menus and specials, ensuring variety and nutritional value
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, patients, and staff, responding to requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate records of meal production, inventory, and quality control

Requirements:
