• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of relevant coursework or certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct academic and behavioral support to students under teacher guidance
• Assist in implementing individualized learning and behavior plans
• Promote a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment
• Perform clerical tasks such as preparing materials and organizing resources for lessons
• Support students with special needs, following established accommodations and modifications
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and other school activities
