The Dublin Pub is a local family-owned Irish Pub known for its Pony Shoes, Joe's Chili, appetizers, big burgers, and sandwiches. Join our dynamic team and be a part of our fun and enthusiastic work culture. As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to learn various culinary techniques and work with a talented team committed to delivering the best dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a sanitized and well-organized kitchen
- Prepare workstations for cooking
- Operate kitchen equipment skillfully
- Check the quality of ingredients
- Use various cooking techniques
- Arrange food for appealing presentation
- Manage food storage, stock, and ingredient orders
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a cook
- Skilled in operating kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work quickly
