The role translates business priorities into actionable programs, delivers insights that support decision-making, and ensures consistent execution across the sales organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead critical commercial planning processes, including Budget, Forecast, Sales Force Optimization (SFO), and Data Quality management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.Deliver strategic analysis and insights to the leadership to identify growth opportunities, business risks, market trends, and performance gaps, enabling proactive decision-making by Sales Leadership.Drive operational excellence and process automation by streamlining workflows, eliminating inefficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.Manage and optimize commercial tools and platforms, including STELLAR, GSIP+, GCPT, GCDB, Go!, Power BI, Snowflake, and other sales enablement and reporting systems.Ensure data integrity, governance, and availability, providing accurate, timely, and actionable information to support commercial planning, performance management, and executive reporting.Partner closely with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to align commercial initiatives, tactical execution, and performance improvement programs with regional and national business strategies.Skills & Qualifications:· Intermediate-level professional contributor· Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point, any other business analytics tools are a plus· Minimum of 2 years' experience in related field or MS/MA with a minimum of 1 year of experience in related field· Professional certification is required in some areasAreas of Focus:Commercial Planning & Performance ManagementForecasting & Pipeline GovernanceData Quality & Business IntelligenceSales Process OptimizationAutomation & Operational ExcellenceCommercial Systems & Tools ManagementStrategic Insights & Decision SupportCross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementCommercial Processes:Sales Planning & Execution:Sales Force Optimization (SFO)Annual Forecast & Budget PlanningCommercial Target Definition & Performance TrackingSales Closing ManagementCommission Process Management: calculation and policy updates (this is managed at US level here, however from my perspective someone should be involved at area level).Data & Reporting:Data Management & Business Intelligence:Data Quality ManagementExecutive Reporting:Growth DriversSales PipelineAd-Hoc AnalysisMarket Reporting & AnalysisPreparation of Key Business Reviews and Presentations:QBRCSRBusiness Check-InsCommercial Strategy Support:Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights:Market and Competitive AnalysisGeneration of Strategic Business InsightsRecommendations for Commercial Leadership and Senior ManagementCampaign Performance Evaluation and Follow-UpIdentification of Growth Opportunities and Commercial Improvement InitiativesStrategic decision-making support through data-driven analysis and recommendationsEmployee Benefits & Incentives:DHL benefits and incentive offerings are designed to reflect a substantial experience for both employees and their dependents during their career and life journey.
