Pricing Analyst

About the Role DHL eCommerce is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support the development of customer pricing proposals, commercial models, and pricing strategies for new and existing business opportunities. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other cross‑functional teams to analyze large data sets, model pricing scenarios, maintain customer rates, and ensure pricing accuracy. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities Develop pricing proposals for new and existing customer accounts. Analyze large and complex data sets to model pricing scenarios and support business opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide accurate, timely, and competitive pricing solutions. Review, validate, and maintain pricing data and customer rates within SAP. Support general rate increase (GRI) processes, surcharge updates, and account maintenance activities. Respond to pricing requests from Sales and internal stakeholders while meeting established service levels. Follow and support standard operating procedures (SOPs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in testing and implementation of new commercial models and pricing processes. Support onboarding and training of new team members. Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing, financial analytics, engineering analytics, or a similar analytical role. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills , including experience working with large data sets and complex formulas. Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis, pricing modeling, and problem-solving in a business environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and levels of an organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting General Rate Increase (GRI) initiatives. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, MS Access, and/or SQL .
