Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift - In-Patient Rehab

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team. They practice according to established standards, evidence-based research, and professional ethics, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Perform nursing assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations. Collaborate effectively with team members, document care accurately, and support performance improvement initiatives. Advocate for patients and engage in evidence-based practice and research activities. Support resource management, participate in protocol development, and uphold safety and quality standards aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Hold an active RN license, with certifications in BLS and ACLS. Preferred candidates have at least one year of direct patient care experience and a nursing degree (Associate's or Bachelor's). Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills, with proficiency in technology and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
