Quick Facts Location: Redwood City, CA Start Date: 11/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing/permanent position Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts Hours/Week: Flexible, based on schedule Employment Type: Full-Time Licenses/Certs: Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology Experience: 5+ years preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: Competitive hourly pay (based on hours; annual compensation $312,000 - $438,000) Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Retirement plan options including 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Additional benefits like flexible spending accounts, parental leave, employee assistance programs, and continuing education support What You’ll Do Provide OB-GYN triage, surgical care, and labor & delivery management Manage obstetric and gynecological emergencies in a Level II NICU environment Collaborate with hospital staff, community OB/GYNs, and nursing teams Conduct inpatient consultations and clinical assessments Help develop workflows and clinical standards for the new hospitalist program Support maternal-fetal medicine and neonatal care in partnership with Stanford specialists What You Need Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (preferred) Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care About the Assignment Join a pioneering OB-GYN Hospitalist team in Redwood City, a vibrant community nestled in California’s Bay Area.
