Details\n \n Work in the Main PACU unit of a hospital setting \n 15-bed unit with a staff of approximately 35 \n Estimated patient ratio of 2:1 (not guaranteed) \n Uses GE monitors for patient monitoring \n Meditech EMR used \n 13-week assignment with a 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM shift schedule \n Performs Phase I recovery and Phase II discharge procedures \n Requirements\n \n Active RN license, CO or compact license required \n Current BLS and ACLS certifications, with certifications not expiring within 30 days of start \n Minimum 1 year of current hospital PACU experience required \n Pre-op experience preferred \n No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months \n Additional Information\n \n Provide post-anesthesia recovery care through Phase I and Phase II discharge \n Best suited for candidates with an upbeat personality who thrive in a fast-paced environment \n Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not considered \n First-time travelers may be considered for this role \n \n \n American Traveler Job ID P-752042.
