We need to hire BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPS., to schedule service appointments for auto repairs and sales appointments for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team. Auto BDC experience is preferred. Customer service and call center experience is helpful. Enjoy working in our dealership's FUN and FAST-PACED Business Development Center! Responsibilities - Appointment Setter, BDR:

Answer internet and telephone requests from potential customers seeking vehicle information about price, availability, and more!
Answer questions in a professional and pleasant manner using scripts to guide your responses
Schedule sales appointments for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team so we can sell them a vehicle

Qualifications - Appointment Setter, BDR:

Auto BDC experience is preferred
A positive and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
Call center/customer service experience is a plus
Dependable with a good work ethic
Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Professional, well-groomed appearance
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen
