Responsibilities Answer high-volume incoming calls for multiple offices and route candidates appropriately Assist candidates over the phone and in person with general inquiries Manage candidate flow within the office to ensure an organized and efficient process Support onboarding tasks and assist with required documentation Ensure candidates are fully registered before being sent to recruiters Update candidate status in internal systems and maintain accurate records Provide excellent customer service to all candidates and visitors Support payroll processes including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment Basic administrative and computer skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Professional and friendly demeanor Bilingual Required Pay $16.00 $19.00 Per Hour Job Type Part-Time Schedule Monday Friday | 9:00am 2:00pm Work Environment This position is in-office within the Henderson, NV area This position operates in a professional office environment with no specialized physical demand Nexeo provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or genetics.
