PAG Management Trainees will complete an 18-month training program with hands-on experience to gain comprehensive knowledge of all automotive dealership departments, people, and processes.

Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree. Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred. Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. Friendliness, enthusiasm, and reliability, with a positive \"team-player\" attitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
