Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on therapeutic methods that promote openness and healing.

• Facilitate family therapy meetings to address complex family dynamics and improve communication among family members.

• Assess clients’ needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans that focus on their specific challenges.

• Offer support and strategies to clients dealing with issues such as alcohol abuse, grief, divorce, blended family challenges, and conflicts among family members.

• Track and document client progress in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss patient progress, share insights, and develop integrated care strategies.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work closely with various populations, including adults, couples, and children/adolescents. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
