Contract | Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered in accordance with facility standards
• Monitor and manage patient care resources effectively at the unit level
• Support competency evaluation and oversight of clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in telemetry, neurology, cardiac stepdown, or post-operative nursing
• Ability to manage varying nurse-to-patient ratios depending on unit assignment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a stroke-certified hospital environment
• Familiarity with neurology telemetry, cardiac stepdown, or post-operative unit workflows
• Prior experience with higher-acuity patient populations requiring close monitoring
