The Sales Producer position is a program designed for individuals who are eager to build a career in sales and develop long lasting relationships within their community. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple lines of insurance, helping participants develop the knowledge, skills, and business acumen necessary for a successful career in insurance.

As a member of the team Individual Sales Producer will participate in structured rotational assignments throughout the organization to gain a broad understanding of Justin Tharp Agencies products, customers, and operations. This will include Pricing, Customer Service, Building a Pipeline, Networking, and other key business functions.

Throughout the program, Producers will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, develop customer-focused problem-solving skills, and gain firsthand exposure to how the various functions of the organization work together to deliver value and provide safety and peace to our customers.

Most organizations expect you to go out and "figure it out" on your own. This isn't that. We will be providing you with your leads, the technology needed to succeed, individualized training by multiple experienced producers who have sat where you are now, and unlimited opportunities to grow.
