Project Crew Member

Overview Mother & Son Lawn Care LLC is hiring a Project Crew Member for the 2026 season. This is not an entry-level laborer position. We are building a 2-person project crew, which means both people need real experience, work with urgency, and contribute without constant supervision. The crew will support a variety of outdoor services and assist with maintenance-related tasks when needed. What You’ll Be Doing Junk removals Yard cleanups Mulch installs Garden bed work Sod installs Planting and light landscape installs Tree work support Pet waste removal Holiday light and décor installation Power washing Snow removal Seasonal property cleanup work Assisting maintenance crew when needed Requirements Prior experience in landscaping, outdoor labor, junk removal, tree work, snow removal, or similar field work required Valid driver’s license required Clean driving record required Active DOT medical card required Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift, carry, load, and perform physical labor throughout the day Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather Must be dependable, respectful, coachable, and team-oriented Must be able to work efficiently as part of a 2-person crew Must be able to follow direction and maintain quality standards Pay $24–$28/hour depending on experience, reliability, and production ability. Pay will reflect what you bring to the crew. We are willing to pay more for someone who can contribute immediately, work efficiently, and help keep jobs moving without hand-holding. As work slows for the winter season, employees may be placed on seasonal layoff status or moved to limited on-call work depending on company workload, weather, and seasonal demand. This seasonal layoff structure helps protect employees during the off-season while preserving strong return opportunities. Dependable employees who perform well, remain responsive, and maintain a strong work ethic will be given priority consideration for winter work opportunities and return to the spring season.
