At Prestige Care Center of Plattsmouth, we invite quality caregivers to join us in our mission of providing each of our residents with customized nursing, rehab and health care services designed to promote health and healing.
Now Hiring:
Certified Dietary Manager
Ensure that each resident is provided a nourishing, palatable, well-balanced diet that meets the daily nutritional and special dietary needs (State Regulation);
Hire and supervise all dietary personnel and discipline when necessary;
Ensure that necessary dietary staffing is present in the facility;
Ensure that dietary services are in compliance with applicable nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements;
Write and implement dietary policies, procedures, and management systems;
Qualifications:
Maintain a State of Nebraska Dietary Manager certification; CDM,CFPP
Two years experience in long term care or acute setting;
Must maintain full-time (minimum of 40 hours per week) status;
