Position Details (PT):
- Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience required
- Full-time, Monday Friday (no weekends)
- Guaranteed 40 hours/week (excluding first and last weeks)
- Clinician is expected to report to the office when not fully scheduled to maintain hours
- EMR: Netsmart
- Coverage Area: Globe, Arizona and surrounding areas
