Responsibilities • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, fostering a positive environment.
• Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely replenishment and minimize waste.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment for you and your colleagues.
• Assist in the development and testing of new menu items, contributing your creativity and expertise to enhance our offerings.
• Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff, helping them develop their skills and grow within the team.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders, working closely with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications • Experience in preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, ensuring quality and consistency.
