Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care in the assigned unit, ensuring that every patient receives direct and proper care. The nurse will review patient needs and conditions, analyze information such as medical history and diagnostic results, and develop individualized nursing care plans. Other key responsibilities include medication administration, treatment preparation, and patient response evaluation.

• Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in the assigned unit.
• Analyze patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Prepare nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments.
• Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and determine additional care needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.

• Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Required: 1 year as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferred: 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
• Required: Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or a Compact State.
• Required: BLS Certification (CPR) - American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
