Work you’ll do As a Senior Consultant on the SAP team, you will support clients across the solution lifecycle, from business process assessment through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Support SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) engagements by assisting with the design, configuration, and implementation of technology solutions under the direction of project leadershipAssess business requirements, evaluate current-state processes, and help design future-state SAP SD/OTC solutions that improve sales order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, and customer experienceConfigure SAP SD/OTC functionality across core process areas, including sales order management, pricing and condition technique, delivery and shipping, billing and invoicing, availability check (ATP), returns, and EDI/IDoc integration, as applicableDevelop and maintain key project deliverables, including functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and defect tracking artifactsCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activitiesContribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, internal initiatives, and business development support A successful candidate would possess these skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The team Deloitte’s SAP practice helps clients design, implement, and sustain SAP-enabled transformations across core business functions. Professionals in the practice work with leading organizations across industries to modernize operations, improve process performance, and unlock value through cloud, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years of SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or consulting experience5+ years of SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm, industry environment, or both3+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processParticipation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including 1+ implementation in a primary SAP SD/OTC roleExperience configuring SAP SD/OTC across 3+ functional areas, such as pricing and conditions; billing and invoicing; availability check (ATP/backorder processing); sales order management; delivery and shipping; EDI/IDoc integrationExperience producing core implementation deliverables (e.g., functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts) and managing test cycles (SIT/UAT) using a standard defect tracking toolExperience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration programAbility to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred Master’s degree in business, information systems, supply chain, engineering, or a related field2+ years of client service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services firm supporting large enterprise transformation engagementsParticipation in 1+ SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion or greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementationCurrent SAP certification in Sales and Distribution or SAP S/4HANA Sales The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300.
