Job DescriptionPer Diem Physical Therapist – Hospice Care (Brevard County, FL)\n\n\nBrevard Physical Therapy is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to join our team providing mobile physical therapy to hospice and end-of-life care patients throughout Brevard County.\n\nWhy this role: No OASIS documentation Streamlined, efficient charting — built for clinicians who'd rather treat patients than fight paperwork Deeply meaningful work, helping patients maintain comfort, dignity, and function in their final months.\n\nCompetitive $90 per-eval/visit pay 1099 independent contractor — set your own schedule, flexible caseload Supportive, experienced team with strong relationships across local hospice partners.\n\nRequirements: Active FL PT license, DPT or equivalent, reliable transportation, comfort working with hospice/palliative populations.\n\nIf you're a PT looking for purpose-driven work without the administrative burden of traditional home health, we'd love to talk.
