Step into a fast-paced environment where every picked item and every scanned label helps athletes get the gear they love. At Under Armour’s Mt. Juliet facility, you’ll be a key player keeping our distribution operations moving smoothly from inbound to ship-out.

A day in this role

Picture starting your shift with a quick huddle. You gear up, grab your RF scanner, and head to your zone. You’ll pick, pack, sort, and label products, double-check inventory counts, and stage accurate orders for outbound trucks. Between waves, you’ll help unload pallets, keep aisles clear, and support quality checks—always with safety top of mind. As you grow, you can pursue on-site forklift certification and earn a raise along the way.

Shift options

• Available Shifts: 1st - 2nd - WKND Available
• 5:00am – 3:30pm | Monday–Thursday
• 5:30am – 4:00pm | Monday–Thursday
• 3:30pm – 2:00am | Monday–Thursday
• 4:00pm – 2:30am | Monday–Thursday
• 5:00am – 5:30pm | Friday–Sunday

Pay growth: Receive a $1.20/hour raise once forklift certified

What you’ll handle

• Picking and packing merchandise
• Sorting and labeling products
• Loading and unloading shipments
• Inventory counting and quality checks
• Operating RF scanners
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What helps you succeed

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
• Ability to work scheduled shift consistently
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus (certification provided on-site)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
