Travel RN- Med/Surg Nights REQ: 3303316 (Full Time) Location: Springfield, IL Pay Rate: Up to $60/ hr combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and be subject to change. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Monitor vital signs and patient status. Provide pre- and post-operative care, wound care, and pain management. Admini ste r medications and treatments, observing for reactions. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with physicians and care teams. Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Respond to emergencies and assist in life-saving procedures as needed. Requirements RN license in state of assignment. BLS required ; ACLS preferred. Experience in medical-surgical units preferred. Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills. Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, ste p-down).
