Salary: $45,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:

Experience administering SAP landscapes across Development, Quality Assurance, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments.
Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, kernel upgrades, Support Package Stack updates, system and client copies, and system refreshes.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, PI/PO, Fiori, BOBJ, BODS, CAR, GRC, Portal, ADS, and Gateway systems.
Experience with SAP Transport Management System and Transport Express.
Knowledge of SAP performance tuning, workload analysis, system optimization, and capacity planning.
Experience monitoring SAP systems with Solution Manager, EarlyWatch Reports, and other monitoring tools.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, Web Dispatcher, SAP Router, and SAP Cloud Connector.
Experience troubleshooting SAP Basis issues across application servers, databases, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
Experience with kernel patching, SSL certificate installation, SAP Router configuration, SNC, and Single Sign-On implementation.
Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, backup, recovery, and SAP archiving.
Experience with SAP Cloud Connector installation and administration, and SAP Cloud ALM Operations alert setup and monitoring.
Knowledge of SAP BTP administration and Integration Suite, with exposure to DevOps and CI/CD.
Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, change, problem, and release management.
Availability to provide 24x7 production support and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities:

Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP landscapes and systems.
Monitor system health, performance, and availability, and proactively resolve issues.
Support SAP implementations, migrations, and conversions, including S/4HANA projects.
Support high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery solutions.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, network, database, and functional teams.
Coordinate planned maintenance to minimize production downtime.
Work with audit, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to support system security and adherence to industry standards.
Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures, architecture documents, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Follow ITIL processes and provide production support, including on-call coverage.
