Job Description
Radiologic Technologist - Operating Room Imaging

Schedule

Nights - 5x8s (Mon-Fri, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM); on-call required.

Assignment Details

Position includes on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Level I Trauma or teaching hospital.
• ARRT (RT) registration required.
• BLS certification required.
• State licensure in accordance with local regulations required.
• Proficiency with C-arm and O-arm systems.
• Experience in intraoperative X-ray and fluoroscopy for surgical procedures.
• Ability to perform portable/bedside imaging.
• Knowledge of equipment safety, maintenance, and collaboration within the surgical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical X-ray and fluoroscopy coverage in the operating room settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams including Radiology, PT, and others.
• Ensure equipment safety and maintenance standards are met.
• Assist during various standard surgical procedures requiring imaging support.

Compliance / Notes

Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed). Candidates must complete fingerprinting promptly after contract. References from at least 2 professional sources required, including at least one from a manager or director.
