The Maintenance Coordinator collaborates across various process areas and locations, utilizing creative problem-solving skills to ensure site efficiency and reliability.VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position.Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.This role will be on-site at the Corteva location.What You’ll Do:Continuously drive a safe work culture, ensuring employee engagement with safety as well as site compliance with all our safety programsCoordinate and prioritize preventative maintenance of work orders to align with production schedules and seasonal demandsCoordinate planned work to minimize facility downtime and off-season maintenance projectsCreate, track, modify, and close work orders in CMMS along with ensuring accurate documentation of labor, financial records, and parts allocationMaintain accurate asset records, Preventative Maintenance frequencies, and equipment history in CMMSCoordinate ordering of maintenance parts, supplies, consumables, and critical spare parts including tracking inventory levelsSupport budget and cost tracking for maintenance activities / partsAssist in data diving to prepare reports for downtime, PM compliance, backlogs, and improvement opportunitiesBuild strong relationships with internal and external partners while facilitating clear communication and collaboration across shifts and departments, fostering a positive and inclusive work environmentOther duties as assignedEducation:High School diploma/GED equivalentWhat Skills You Need:Holds a valid US driver’s licenseExceptional interpersonal skills, including good written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage time effectively and maintain exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and processesWilling and able to work in environments that include tight or closed-in spaces, climb stairs/ladders and working at heights, stand or walk for extended periods of time, frequent bending and reaching, working outdoors and in inclement weatherProficient in Microsoft applications, such as Word and ExcelMotivated to work both independently and in a team environment with limited supervisionWillingness and flexibility to work a day schedule as well as overtime hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support business needsPhysical Job Requirements:Stand and sit for extended periodsWork both outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditionsLift up to 60 lbs.Perform work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive liftingExposure to dust and plant allergens including but not limited to corn, sunflower, cotton, and canola pollen and protein and sorghum as well as potential mold spores and/or chemicals in the course of your dutiesReasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable laws to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.What Makes You Stand Out:Good understanding of maintaining/repairing, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mechanical power transmission systems, electrical systems, welding, and fabrication workExperience with a CMMS (SAP-PM or similar)Technical or trade background in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or multi-craft)Experience in manufacturing or asset-intensive environmentsExperience with Power Automate and Power BI or other visualization and communication of data-lake(s)Automation skills PLC and network knowledgeKnowledge of LEAN Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Continuous Improvement and Standardized WorkBenefits – How We’ll Support You:Numerous development opportunities offered to build your skillsBe part of a company with a higher purpose and contribute to making the world a better placeHealth benefits for you and your family on your first day of employmentFour weeks of paid time off and two weeks of well-being pay per year, plus paid holidaysExcellent parental leave which includes a minimum of 16 weeks for mother and fatherFuture planning with our competitive retirement savings plan and tuition reimbursement programLearn more about our total rewards package here - Corteva BenefitsCheck out life at Vylor! you a good match?
